Join the Porvenir Design team in 2023 as we co-create the following workshops and courses. Our courses are usually facilitated in both English and Spanish and we have put considerable thought into making them affordable and accessible for the Costa Rican permaculture community in particular.

Syntropic Farming Field Day
March 18th at Finca Luna Nueva, La Fortuna, Costa Rica. This is an excellent chance to see a number of different syntropic farming systems on the ground.
Syntropic Farming Formation Course - English — Spanish
May 24 to 28th at Tierramor, Nosara, Costa Rica. We are partnering with Nat Mugent of Sitio Semente and Jorge Espinosa of Collectivo Waybill. This is the course to go deep into Syntropic Farming for both English and Spanish speakers.
Advanced Permaculture Design Workshop
July 1st to 2nd, Finca Luna Nueva, La Fortuna, Costa Rica. A deep dive into practicing permaculture as a professional, this is a chance for anyone seeking or actively offering consulting or design services to sharpen their skills and learn from our team’s four years in the field.
Curso de Certificación de Diseño de Permacultura
October 2nd to 15th, Valle Escondido, Monteverde, Costa Rica. Our annual PDC, offered in Spanish, with affordable prices and additional scholarships. This is a life changing course.
